1. Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $800 is required to secure your spot at the Grand Getaway retreat. This deposit is strictly non-transferable and cannot be applied to a different retreat or participant under any circumstance.
2. Final Payment
If you choose to reserve your place with a deposit, the remaining balance must be paid no later than 5 weeks before the retreat start date. You will receive a Stripe invoice to complete your payment. If the balance is not received by this deadline, your booking will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
Full payments may only be refunded if Grand Getaway cancels the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (such as force majeure or travel restrictions). If you cancel after paying more than the deposit, only the amount paid beyond the deposit may be eligible for a refund, and only if the cancellation request is made within 14 days of booking.
No refunds will be issued after 14 days from purchase under any circumstance.
4. Transfers
Bookings are non-transferable between people or between retreats.
5. Travel Responsibility
All guests are responsible for arranging their own travel, including flights, travel insurance, and visas. Grand Getaway is not liable for any costs related to missed flights, delays, or border/entry issues.
6. Health & Participation
By attending a Grand Getaway retreat, you confirm that you are in suitable physical condition to participate in all tennis and wellness activities. Guests with medical conditions or health concerns should consult a physician prior to booking.
7. Liability Waiver
Participation in all retreat activities is voluntary and entirely at your own risk. Grand Getaway is not responsible for any injury, illness, loss, or damage incurred during the retreat.
8. Room Assignments
For shared accommodations, guests will be paired with another participant of the same gender unless a specific roommate request is made at the time of booking.
9. Photography & Media
Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat and used for Grand Getaway marketing, social media, or promotional purposes. By booking, you consent to appearing in this content unless you opt out in writing before the retreat begins.
